We offer a comprehensive diagnostic service to identify issues and determine if parts need to be replaced. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic service is FREE. However, a $85 diagnostic fee will apply if you choose not to proceed.
We provide a combined quote for appliances requiring multiple repairs, including the total labour cost and the price of any replacement parts. After the diagnostic, we will give you a detailed estimate covering all labour and parts costs. No hidden fee will be applied.
What is a Service Call Fee?
We charge a flat rate of $85 for a service call, which includes:
- The technician’s time
- Travel to and from your location
- Insurance fees
- Fuel and vehicle costs
This fee is waived if the repair will be done. But If the repair is not possible because of no longer available parts or because it is not cost-effective, our technician will inform you, and you will only be charged the $85 service call fee unless you choose to proceed with the repair, regardless of the recommendation.
